Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! All new clients are required to pay a $50 NON-Refundable deposit to secure appointments (it also goes towards service). After booking: Please check your email to make sure appointment is confirmed with date and time and salon address. Late policy: All client are given a 10 min grace period. A $15 late fee will be applied to your service after 10 mins after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled. No show: No show fee is automatic $50 charge after 2 no show you will not be able to book future appointments. Canceling appointments: All appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance of your appointment failure to do so will result in a no show fee.
